Freedom Services, a small, efficient company with Principals directly involved in daily operations, is neither hindered by internal policy, procedural, or approval requirements, nor constrained by conflicts often present when a service provider is part of a large organization.
The four principals of the Company each bring over thirty years of experience to the organization and believe that it is a very responsive, knowledgeable service provider.
Ms. Warmoth graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.A. in Finance and continued her education at DePaul University where she was awarded an M.B.A. with an emphasis in accounting. She has also successfully passed the CPA exam.

Ms. Warmoth joined McDonald’s Corporation in 1977 where she held a number of positions in Corporate Accounting prior to transferring to the Insurance Department where she managed the Claim Center for eighteen years. Crucial to the evolution of the Claim Center from a manual call-in center to a fully functioning claims management and reporting group was the development of an integrated “Risk Management Information System”. Ms. Warmoth led the team responsible for developing a complicated set of programs that had the capability to validate coverage, evaluate and process medical bills, and prepare detail and summary management reports at the Corporate, Regional, Franchisee and store levels. She also played an integral role in the management of the Bermuda based “McDonald’s Owner/Operator Insurance Company” which included the establishment of accounting standards and controls, preparation of interim and audited financial statements, premium billing and investment analysis.

Ms. Warmoth joined System Capital Corporation as its Controller in 1999 and became its Chief Operating Officer in 2005. With the assistance of Lois Kornbrot and an independent consultant, a management system was developed that tracks loans, commercial paper, term notes and derivatives. She also implemented a number of accounting controls which ensured the accurate preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports to the Company’s board, bank group, rating agencies and investors.

He served as senior staff to the California State Legislature, and, in 1975 traveled in South America and worked for five months in Montevideo. Upon return, he was appointed to the California Housing Finance Agency serving as its first Administrative Officer, and then as its Chief Lending Officer. From 1982 – 1987 Mr. Honse was a shareholder of Kidder Peabody & Co, directing its western U.S. municipal mortgage operations out of San Francisco.

He counted among his major clients, Nokia, Grand Met/Diageo, Yukos Oil, Vitol, Glencore, Lukoil, and several Turkish and Polish banks. In 1999 Mr. Honse and his family returned to California, and he retired from Chase in 2000.
