While the services described below define the core components of Freedom Services' operation, systems are available to track liquidity lines and to monitor/manage derivative programs. Freedom Services is well versed and experienced in capital markets transactions including conceptual construction, document negotiation, and interaction amongst transaction participants. The Company has extensive experience working with off-shore entities, non-U.S. physical and financial assets, foreign currency transactions, and the complexities of foreign tax issues.

Specific information regarding each funding source whether private, bank or capital markets can be loaded into the system. This data can be used to monitor existing maturities as well as determine the optimal duration of new issues. All transactions are validated against required guidelines to ensure compliance with a client’s programs. In addition to a variety of standardized reports and the capability to download information into a general ledger system, customized reporting is available to meet the needs of every operation.

Each form of financing, whether a loan, a lease, or an asset or receivable purchase can be loaded into the Freedom Services system. Detail information including but not limited to the obligor, location, interest rate, origination and maturity dates, principal balance and transaction history can be maintained. Automated accrual processing can be generated each day creating transaction files that can be downloaded into a general ledger system. All financial components of the system can be reconciled on a daily basis to reports received from sub-servicers and appropriate bank statements. The system provides the capability to assign financed assets to predefined programs and/or corporate entities to enhance the management reporting process.

Freedom Services provides accurate and timely reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. While pre-defined formats can be utilized for conveying information to a trustee, collateral agent, lender, and the rating services, among others, ad hoc reporting is also available to meet the changing needs and requirements of the client.

The Freedom Services is experienced in all aspects of financial asset accounting and can be an important partner to its clients when they are working through the complexities of sophisticated financial asset accounting. Available products include traditional general ledger functionality along with the preparation of financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Freedom Services can be available to assist its clients in the preparation of schedules that may be required during periodic audits.

The Freedom Services team has an extensive background in the preparation of management reports that can be used by the client to monitor any aspect of their program. These reports can be designed to incorporate the client’s goals and objectives using data that is tracked in the system along with projections based upon this information.
