Before joining Freedom Services, Nancy
Warmoth was the Controller and Chief Operating Officer of System
Capital Corporation where she played an active role in the day to
day operation of the company. Ms. Warmoth was also instrumental in
the implementation of accounting controls and the development of the
system that was utilized to manage the company’s portfolio of loans
and funding instruments. Prior to joining System Capital
Corporation, Ms. Warmoth was the Director of McDonald’s Corporation
Claim Center. She led the team that was responsible for
transforming the Claim Center from a manual call-in center to a
fully functioning claims management and reporting group which
included the development of an integrated “Risk Management
Information System”. Ms. Warmoth also played an integral role in
the management of the Bermuda based “McDonald’s Owner/Operator
Insurance Company” which included the establishment of accounting
standards and controls, preparation of interim and audited financial
statements, premium billing and investment analysis. Ms. Warmoth
currently serves as a Director for several of the subsidiary boards
of System Capital Corporation. Stuart Honse
Prior to his current responsibilities
with Freedom Services, Stuart Honse played an integral role in the
development and direction of JPMorgan Chase’s Asset Securitization
business in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Honse was the financial
architect of Golden Managers Acceptance Corp., a company that
provides financial products to the McDonald’s Restaurant System and
directed the creation of similar finance companies for other brand
systems including Exxon, Texaco, Amoco, Mobil, Hallmark and Hilton
Hotels. While directing the bank’s Asset Securitization business in
Europe, he counted Nokia, Diageo, Yukos Oil, Vitol, Glencore, Lukoil
and European banks among his major clients. In addition to JPMorgan
Chase, Mr. Honse has held positions with Kidder Peabody & Co., the
California Housing Finance Agency, The Rural California Housing
Corporation, The University of California and as senior staff to the
California State Legislature. He has also served as a Director for
various subsidiaries of System Capital Corporation and a number of
the finance subsidiaries of BUNGE Limited.
Jerry Langley In addition to his role at Freedom Services, Jerry Langley is currently Executive-In-Residence at The Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, teaching courses in international finance, investment management, commercial banking and corporate finance. Prior to joining these organizations, Mr. Langley was a member of McDonald’s Corporation’s Treasury Department where he was responsible at various times for international finance, capital markets, global cash management, foreign exchange and the development of financing programs for franchisees and suppliers. Through this experience he gained an excellent understanding of how to assess and hedge risks and the various tax, legal and economic considerations a company must consider in its financing strategy. In addition, Mr. Langley has served as the head of the International Banking Department of American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago (now part of JPMorgan Chase), was a member of the Board of Directors for various System Capital Corporation subsidiaries and a number of the finance subsidiaries of BUNGE Limited and served as the Chair for the Northern Indiana Workforce Board
